6.2. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
6.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed manufacture faulty upon inspection.
6.4 We don’t accept returns for custom-made products. Any products with manufacturing fault need to be raised within 14 days of receipt. Upon inspection, faulty products will be exchanged for replacements.
